Job Title: Practice Leader – Data & AI
Role Summary
Lead the Data & Artificial Intelligence practice within a consulting firm, defining strategy, shaping service offerings, and driving commercial growth through expert community engagement and sales enablement.
Expectations
* Deliver measurable business outcomes for the practice (revenue, margin, talent utilization).
* Position the practice as a thought leader and internal technical reference on Data & AI.
* Grow the ecosystem of partners and clients by orchestrating high‑value initiatives and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the Data & AI strategy aligned with group objectives.
* Identify, prioritize, and build high‑potential Data/AI service offerings (e.g., GenAI, DataOps, AI governance).
* Track and report practice performance metrics: revenue, margin, average hourly rate, account acquisition, utilization rate.
* Manage and energize the core partner community: host events, share success stories, publish white‑papers, LinkedIn posts, and other knowledge assets.
* Serve as technical & methodological reference for partners and internal teams.
* Support pre‑sales with needs qualification, joint proposal drafting, and participation in client briefings, RFP responses, and roadshows.
* Train sales teams on offer fundamentals and use‑case scenarios.
* Identify and co‑create strategic partnerships (software vendors, AI startups, public institutions).
* Oversee the continuous evolution of Data & AI services, incorporating client feedback, new innovations, and regulatory updates.
Required Skills
* Strategic thinking and business acumen in Data & AI.
* Deep expertise in Data Management, Machine Learning, Generative AI, DataOps, data governance, and data architecture.
* Proficiency with leading Data and AI technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, AI tools, data pipelines).
* Knowledge of European regulatory and ethical frameworks (GDPR, AI Act).
* Strong community‑building and collaboration capabilities.
* Excellent verbal communication for client presentations and public speaking.
* Sales‑enablement mindset and partnership‑building skills.
Required Education & Certifications
* Master’s or equivalent engineering degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or specialized Data/AI program.
* Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Data, AI, consulting, or IT services.
* Prior involvement in Generative AI projects and/or published work or conference presentations in Data/AI.
