Job Description
**Job title**: Sales Consultant **Role Summary** Drive residential property sales by generating, qualifying, and closing new leads. Serve as the primary client contact, providing detailed product knowledge, facilitating viewings, and negotiating transactions to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain robust customer relationships, provide market insights, and support team presentation standards. **Expectations** - Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat‑business metrics. - Deliver accurate sales reports and market feedback to management. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate new sales leads through walk‑ins, phone inquiries, and online portals. - Qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present development details, pricing, and options. - Advise and negotiate with prospective buyers to facilitate decision‑making. - Act as the primary point of contact, fielding all client queries. - Build and sustain relationships with local agents, international teams, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other industry partners. - Maintain a comprehensive customer database and manage leads via CRM software. - Complete all sales paperwork and progress transactions through to exchange. - Provide regular sales progress reports, lead updates, and market feedback. - Ensure the sales area is professionally presented and up‑to‑date. - Research market data to inform and adjust sales strategies. **Required Skills** - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively under pressure. - High level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems and basic sales analytics. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of a secondary education qualification. - No mandatory industry certifications required; however, knowledge of property sales regulations and completing relevant property sales training courses is advantageous.
