Required Skills • Project coordination – planning, scheduling, and monitoring. • Client relationship management – communication, negotiation, and service orientation. • Result‑driven mindset – proactive problem solving and continuous improvement. • Analytical ability – financial tracking, KPI assessment, and reporting. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and CRM systems. • Strong written and verbal communication in French and English. Required Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Professional certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
