Job Description
**Job Title** IT Engineer **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end IT support in a cloud‑first environment, acting as the first point of contact for internal users, configuring and maintaining hardware, managing SaaS platforms, and administering security solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver responsive, accurate support for 1–2 year experienced technicians. - Maintain a professional tone and timely resolution for all IT incidents. - Collaborate with senior technical leadership to improve processes and expand skill sets. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, configure, and provision laptops, phones, and accessories for new employees. - Serve as the initial support desk for IT calls, emails, and in‑person requests. - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including Windows OS and peripheral devices. - Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365, Office 365, Microsoft Entra, Intune, SharePoint, VoIP SaaS). - Manage AV/EDR solutions (ESET, Sentinel One) and respond to incidents. - Maintain accurate asset registers and inventory documentation. - Assist technical team with client services when required. - Identify opportunities for automation or process improvement. **Required Skills** - 1–2 years of modern IT support experience. - Proficiency with Windows operating systems and desktop troubleshooting. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra/Intune, Office 365, Defender, SharePoint. - Knowledge of ESET and Sentinel One EDR deployments. - Familiarity with VoIP SaaS solutions. - Strong communication and customer‑service skills. - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. **Desired Skills** - Experience or interest in Salesforce administration/development. - Basic coding or scripting skills (Python, Go). - Cloud‑platform administration knowledge. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, ESET E3/E5 Training, SentinelOne Analytical Certification).
