**Job title** Software Engineer in Test (SDET) **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for a B2B SaaS product. Lead end‑to‑end testing activities, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure high‑quality rapid releases. **Expectations** - Own full test lifecycle from requirement analysis to defect reporting. - Deliver robust, reusable automation solutions that scale with frequent deployments. - Mentor peers on testing best practices and drive continuous improvement of test strategy. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, automate, and execute end‑to‑end tests validating real‑world user workflows. - Build, extend, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. - Review pull requests, assess code changes, and enforce comprehensive test coverage. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, high‑quality releases. - Perform API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SuperTest) to validate data flows. - Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and UX designers to improve test efficiency. - Monitor automation performance, diagnose failures, and continuously refine test strategies. **Required Skills** - Minimum 8 years SDET experience in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proficiency in TypeScript, C#, or Java for test automation. - Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium. - Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, SuperTest). - Expertise in test automation architecture: Page Object Model, reusable components. - Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, agile teams and deliver results quickly. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
