Job Description: **Job Title:** Early Stage Executive Operator (Founding Team) **Role Summary:** Own end‑to‑end day‑to‑day operations, product delivery, and growth execution for a travel‑tech startup preparing to scale. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (contractors, fractional tech lead), enforce checkout and fraud controls, maintain KPI cadence, and produce monthly board memos. Lead the first external fundraising round, crafting the narrative, managing investor outreach, and closing financing while safeguarding unit economics. **Expectations:** - Expertise in travel industry or related marketplace domain. - Proven ability to ship weekly releases in a high‑velocity environment. - Strong analytical mindset for KPI setting, reporting, and decision making. - Experience raising capital and negotiating term sheets. - High energy, ownership, and a relentless focus on growth and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Product & Ops Delivery** – Plan and execute weekly release cycles with contractors and fractional tech lead; tighten checkout flow and fraud detection mechanisms. 2. **Growth & Performance** – Define, track, and report key metrics; iterate on growth experiments; optimize conversion funnels. 3. **Operational Rhythm** – Establish and maintain a simple, repeatable operational cadence; keep all stakeholders aligned. 4. **Board & Communication** – Draft concise monthly board memos detailing progress, risks, and next steps. 5. **Fundraising Leadership** – Build the fundraising narrative, identify and engage potential investors, manage due‑diligence, negotiate terms, and close financing while protecting unit economics. **Required Skills:** - Startup product and operations management (travel tech, marketplace or SaaS). - Rapid release engineering and Agile project management. - KPI definition, analytics, and data‑driven decision making. - Investor relations and capital‑raising. - Strong written and oral communication; stakeholder management. - Problem solving, resilience, and cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
