Job Description
**Job Title** Sector Development Intern – GMS/Proximity Network **Role Summary** Support the execution of brand growth in the hypermarket, supermarket and proximity retail sectors. Gain hands‑on experience in field sales, client acquisition, and market development while working closely with a seasoned sector manager and the national sales manager. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable contributions to sector sales targets and point‑of‑sale execution. - Demonstrate initiative, resilience, and a proactive attitude toward learning and performance improvement. - Maintain consistent communication with clients, team members, and management. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop territory within hypermarkets, supermarkets, and proximity stores. - Support achievement of key performance indicators: sales volume, category visibility, and new client acquisition. - Implement negotiated in‑store activations (display, shelf space, point‑of‑sale materials, promotions) at both national and local levels. - Upsell and deepen relationships with existing clients according to scheduled visits. - Intervene in hypermarket accounts alongside senior sector managers. - Deliver high‑quality product training to clients. - Establish and enforce ground‑level commercial policies covering pricing, merchandising, and promotional tools. - Capture and relay field insights on customer feedback and competitive activity to the sales manager. - Optimize use of commercial tools (CRM, sales devices, etc.) and monitor equipment profitability. **Required Skills** - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Analytical mindset to assess sales data and market trends. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office. - Positive, resilient attitude with flexibility to adapt strategies. - Enthusiasm for sports and healthy lifestyle markets. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student pursuing a BTS or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Prior internship or professional experience in retail or FMCG sales is advantageous. ---
