**Job Title** Sales Territory Intern – GMS/Convenience Network – Île-de-France **Role Summary** Support the senior sales team in expanding Vitamin Well, NOCCO, and Barebells brand presence across hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores in the Île-de-France region. Execute sales plans, deliver product training, and provide on‑the‑ground insights to drive market share and revenue growth. **Expectations** - Bachelor’s or Master’s level student (BTS or equivalent in commerce, marketing, or business). - Strong motivation to meet personal and team targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. - Detail‑oriented and proficient with internal CRM tools. - Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. - Basic understanding of FMCG and retail sales dynamics. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop agreed territory strategy within hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores. 2. Contribute to key performance indicators: daily sales (DN), point‑of‑purchase activities, and new client acquisition. 3. Implement and manage negotiated national and regional trade‑promotions (displays, pricing, point‑of‑purchase materials). 4. Expand existing account relationships in line with scheduled visit frequencies. 5. Assist senior sales in hypermarket coverage, ensuring efficient execution. 6. Conduct high‑quality product training sessions for retail partners. 7. Apply on‑the‑ground commercial policy: pricing, displays, and promotional execution. 8. Gather customer and competitor feedback; forward actionable insights to the national sales manager. 9. Utilize sales tools (e.g., fridge displays) to maximize ROI and track equipment performance. **Required Skills** - Client‑centric sales approach and negotiation fundamentals. - Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics. - Strong verbal and written communication. - Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours. - Team player with a proactive sharing culture. - Quick learner, organized, and goal‑driven. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current enrollment or completion of BTS/Engineering/Business (or equivalent) program. - Prior internship or professional experience in sales or retail is advantageous. ---
