**Job title**
Web Marketing Assistant & Community Manager / Video Editor (Unpaid Internship, 3‑month duration)
**Role Summary**
Support the digital marketing strategy for a health‑tech application, driving content creation, community engagement, analysis, and video production across multiple social platforms.
**Expectations**
* Deliver creative and timely marketing materials in line with a pre‑planned editorial calendar.
* Produce, edit, and publish video content for social feeds and other digital channels.
* Monitor performance KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights.
* Maintain brand consistency, uphold a high level of written communication, and demonstrate autonomy in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Strategy & Planning** – Assist in developing digital communication strategy and editorial schedule.
2. **Content Creation** – Write copy, capture and edit photos/videos, produce multimedia posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and blog.
3. **Social Management** – Publish content via Meta Business Suite, respond to community messages, comments, and engage in conversations.
4. **Analytics & Reporting** – Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights and produce performance reports.
5. **Testing & Optimization** – Run A/B tests on campaigns; apply SEO, SEM and web‑writing best practices where applicable.
6. **Video Production** – Shoot interviews, pitches, behind‑the‑scenes footage; edit short and long videos in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve; add graphics, subtitles and optimise for social formats.
7. **Market & Competitive Intelligence** – Conduct ongoing social media scanning on industry, competitors, and audience sentiment.
**Required Skills**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Notion, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Twitter.
* Strong written grammar (French, English preferred).
* Advanced skill set in video capture & editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve).
* Knowledge of Canva, After Effects, CapCut considered a plus.
* Creative storytelling, strong sense of rhythm, critical thinking, and autonomy.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, Digital Media, or related field.
* Certification in social media marketing or video editing is advantageous (e.g., Meta Certified Media Buying, Adobe Certified Expert).
