**Job Title:** Assistant Web Marketing & Video Production (Internship)
**Role Summary:**
Support digital marketing strategy and community management across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, while producing, editing, and publishing written and visual content. Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and contribute to SEO/SEM efforts. Work independently within an impact‑focused startup environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy and editorial calendar.
- Create, edit, and publish text, images, and video content across all social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a blog, Facebook page, YouTube channel, and TikTok account.
- Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and perform A/B testing of campaigns.
- Conduct competitive and industry research, including social listening.
- Shoot and edit short and long‑form videos (interviews, teasers, documentaries).
- Apply graphic overlays, subtitles, and visual styling for social media formats.
**Required Skills:**
- Social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Copywriting, storytelling, and visual content creation.
- Video production: shooting, editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic design tools: Canva; knowledge of After Effects or Capcut is a plus.
- SEO fundamentals, SEM, and basic web copywriting.
- Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Notion.
- Excellent written French and English skills.
