**Job Title:**
Strategic Account Lead – Data & AI
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for data and AI solutions, from prospecting to closing and account growth. Serve as the primary client liaison, align commercial promises with delivered value, and ensure project success through close collaboration with solution architects, partner ecosystems (Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks) and delivery teams.
**Expectations:**
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of high‑value data‑focused opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets and accurate forecasts.
- Secure and deepen relationships with C‑level and senior digital/technology stakeholders.
- Deliver consistent client satisfaction and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Activate and co‑sell with strategic technology partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Account Management & Client Relations**
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts; represent all group entities.
- Develop trust with key decision‑makers and continuously assess client data‑strategic needs (governance, modernization, BI, migrations, etc.).
2. **Business Development**
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new data‑centric opportunities using ABM, networking, events, and partner leads.
- Conduct complex sales cycles, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
3. **Delivery Coordination**
- Participate in at least one delivery project during the first year to understand client constraints and value modeling.
- Oversee squad coordination, governance ceremonies, and project milestones to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
4. **Co‑selling & Partnerships**
- Activate alliances with Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks; co‑create joint offers and respond to partner‑led lead campaigns.
5. **Proposal & RFP Management**
- Partner with Solution Architects to craft compelling, ROI‑focused proposals and lead strategic RFP responses (pricing, structure, coordination).
6. **Market & Technical Insight**
- Stay current on data, AI, and cloud trends; share expertise internally to shape service offerings.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales of data, analytics, AI, or cloud solutions (complex, multi‑year contracts).
- Strong consultative selling ability; comfortable engaging C‑suite and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both French and English preferred).
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet revenue targets.
- Experience collaborating with technology partners and co‑selling joint solutions.
- Project delivery awareness: understanding of agile squads, governance, and client‑centric delivery models.
- Strong analytical mindset; capable of articulating ROI and business value.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person, MEDDIC, Challenger) optional but advantageous.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks) or data/AI technologies are a plus.
