**Job title:** Integrated Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the creation, execution, and measurement of global, multi‑channel marketing campaigns for product launches and priority initiatives. Bridge product storytelling, brand strategy, and operational execution across digital, retail, trade, and media channels.
**Expectations:**
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycles for high‑profile physical products.
- Deliver measurable impact on brand visibility, engagement, and commercial performance.
- Maintain cross‑functional alignment with sales, creative, retail, regional, and e‑commerce teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute integrated go‑to‑market strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial priorities.
- Plan and implement global campaigns across digital, social, retail, media, and trade channels, ensuring brand strategy alignment.
- Act as primary marketing liaison with book partners; coordinate promotional concepts, joint contributions, and campaign support.
- Manage global marketing calendar: timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional priorities.
- Roadmap go‑to‑market strategy for each title: concept, execution, post‑launch reporting.
- Craft compelling product narratives; collaborate with creative teams to translate stories into marketing assets.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with sales, creative, retail, regional marketing, and e‑commerce to execute cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs across channels, and present insights to senior management.
- Apply data‑driven learnings to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
**Required Skills:**
- 5–8+ years in integrated or product marketing (luxury, publishing, retail, or hospitality).
- Proven experience launching physical products in multi‑channel environments.
- Strong cross‑functional team management and complex timeline coordination.
- Data‑informed, analytical mindset with KPI tracking expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
