Job Description: **Job Title:** Scrum Master **Role Summary:** Servant‑leader facilitating 2–3 Agile teams in a SAFe environment. Drives continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability to deliver predictable outcomes. **Expectations:** - Deliver functional and purposeful Definition of Ready (DOR) and Definition of Done (DOD). - Manage capacity and velocity to support data‑driven planning. - Ensure SAFe compliance and elevate Agile maturity across the ART. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coach teams on Scrum ceremonies, mindset, and best practices. - Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Partner with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to align priorities, remove impediments, and manage dependencies. - Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, PI boards) via Azure DevOps. - Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate cross‑team dependencies with IT groups (infra, QA, architecture). - Maintain project wikis, dashboards, and PI planning tools for transparency. **Required Skills:** - Scrum facilitation and coaching. - SAFe Release Train experience. - Azure DevOps administration (boards, dashboards, work item tracking). - Analytical and data‑driven decision making. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master managing multiple teams. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM). - SAFe Agilist (SA). ---
