Everything we do is about delivering excellent services, high quality homes, neighbourhoods we can be proud of and maximising the number of new affordable homes we build. We believe we can do this more effectively as one organisation. Initially known as SettleParadigm, we are the largest housing association operating in the region. Job Description
Job title Community Safety Officer (12‑month FTC) Role Summary Deliver a high‑impact anti‑social behaviour (ASB) service across the holding, managing a complex caseload of ASB incidents, preparing legal documentation, and representing the organisation in court and multi‑agency meetings. Operate within a hybrid working model (2 days in office, 3 days remote) while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and community outcomes. Expactations - Independently handle a high‑risk ASB caseload; - Execute enforcement actions and legal processes accurately; - Represent the organisation in court, meetings and joint working with local authorities and police; - Deliver consistent, customer‑focused service in line with policies; - Collaborate with internal teams (Housing, Rent Recovery) to close cases effectively. Key Responsibilities - Manage a caseload of ASB cases, including complex and high‑risk incidents. - Build and maintain relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners. - Use enforcement tools and legal procedures to resolve ASB swiftly. - Prepare legal notices, witness statements, case documentation; attend court. - Deliver customer‑focused ASB service aligned with organisational policies. - Coordinate with Housing and Rent Recovery teams for seamless case handling. - Attend multi‑agency meetings; represent the organisation in discussions with local authorities, police and other partners. Required Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritise and manage a complex caseload. - Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour. - Experience preparing case reports and legal documentation. - Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law as applied to ASB. - Flexibility and collaboration across stakeholders. - Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑centric focus. Required Education & Certifications - Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in housing, law, or social work. - Knowledge of landlord and tenant law, statutory frameworks, and enforcement procedures.

Job Description
Job title: Head of Strategy Role Summary: Lead the development, review, and execution of the organisation’s Corporate Plan and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across strategy, service design, finance, data, and PMO functions. Drive annual business planning, quarterly performance reviews, and ESG reporting to support informed decision‑making and sustainable growth. Expectations: * Translate strategic intent into measurable actions, budgets, KPIs, and delivery plans. * Maintain an up‑to‑date three‑year roadmap distinguishing “run the business” from “change the business” activities. * Serve as a critical advisor to senior leaders and the Executive Board, providing evidence‑based insights and constructive challenge. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, maintain and update the strategic framework and Corporate Plan. 2. Coordinate annual business planning and quarterly review cycles with Finance and PMO. 3. Engage stakeholders, residents, and colleagues through inclusive consultations. 4. Produce high‑quality reports for Board, committees, and executives. 5.
