Job Description
**Job Title:** Package Revit Architect / Technologist – Contract **Role Summary:** 9‑month contract to design, coordinate and deliver high‑quality Revit packages for a major London housing development at RIBA Stage 4. **Expectations:** Produce accurate, buildable drawings with strong design integrity; collaborate closely with consultants and contractors; adapt quickly to evolving project demands; maintain strict drawing standards and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain envelope, façade, balcony, podium, core, lift, bathroom, and kitchen packages in Revit. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other specialist consultants to ensure compatibility and constructability. - Review and revise drawings to meet RIBA Stage 4 requirements and project specifications. - Manage detail quality, annotation, and documentation to support construction documentation. - Facilitate clash detection and resolve design conflicts in a timely manner. - Maintain a consistent, high‑standard drawing workflow and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes. - Communicate progress, issues, and changes to project stakeholders and team members. **Required Skills:** - Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM authoring, reusable families, templates). - Strong architectural design judgment with a portfolio of large, complex London housing projects at Stage 4+. - Experience coordinating with multi‑disciplinary consultants and contractors. - Detail orientation, accuracy, and adherence to drafting standards. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a small, cross‑functional team. - Familiarity with UK construction standards, building regulations, and RIBA guidelines. - Proficiency in clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri) is an advantage. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent. - Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit (or proven comparable expertise). - Valid Right to Work in the UK. ---
