**Job title:** Client Support Executive (12-Month FTC – Maternity Cover)
**Role Summary:**
Provide comprehensive client and engagement administration for a portfolio of pension clients. Manage onboarding, diary, travel, expense, and reporting, while maintaining data quality across systems and coordinating financial processes such as invoicing, billing, and margin monitoring. Act as a liaison between trustees, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer client engagements: onboarding, diary management, travel, and logistics.
- Reconcile engagement expenses and prepare reports for trustees and clients.
- Perform chargeable work under trustee direction and coordinate meeting preparation.
- Maintain client records, ensure data quality, and support system administration and upgrades.
- Process invoicing, WIP reviews, billing runs, credit notes, and rebills.
- Monitor basic engagement financials (revenue, cost, margin) and flag concerns.
- Update management information (margin, utilisation, time reports).
- Support regulatory submissions, registrations, and filings.
- Organise internal meetings, events, and intranet content.
- Identify and implement process improvements and provide workload cover.
**Required Skills:**
- Client, account or engagement administration experience.
- Diary management and travel booking proficiency.
- Systems administration aptitude or experience.
- Knowledge of invoicing, WIP, and billing processes.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and deadline‑management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus.
- Proactive, self‑starter mindset with ownership of tasks.
- Adaptability, resilience, and commitment to client service.
- Ability to support multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with financial or pension industry standards is preferred.
