**Job Title:** Salesforce Operations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce operational processes to drive scalable growth. Work cross‑functionally to streamline workflows, ensure data integrity, and maximize user adoption across global teams.
**Expactations:**
- 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience within Business Operations, RevOps, or consulting.
- 5+ years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Proven track record of managing full lifecycle process design and deployment in Salesforce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gather requirements, design, and implement Salesforce operational processes and workflows across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Account Executive units.
- Map, analyze, and improve sales‑cycle related workflows, identifying gaps and creating optimized processes, validations, and automations.
- Serve as primary technical troubleshooting point of contact for global teams (US & Canada, CALA, EMEA, APAC).
- Develop and maintain tailored reporting and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Perform continuous data quality checks, identify gaps, and enforce compliance procedures to ensure reliable data for reporting and decisions.
- Manage Salesforce account setup, access rights, SSO compliance, and storage optimization.
- Deliver onboarding, ongoing training, and support to users, ensuring consistent adoption of Salesforce and related best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, process builder, Flow, and automation.
- Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive problem‑solving abilities.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
