Job Title: Data Analyst (m/f/d)
Role Summary:
Provide analytical support and strategic recommendations to client service teams in App Store Optimization, Performance Marketing, and CRM. Conduct data analysis on user acquisition, retention, and competitive market performance, create actionable insights and reports for mobile growth clients.
Expectations:
- 2‑3 years of analytics experience in user acquisition/retention, preferably in startups or fast‑paced environments.
- Strong storytelling with data: translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies such as generative AI for analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze campaign performance, customer segmentation, competitive research, user behavior, and forecasting.
2. Derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimizations.
3. Develop automated processes for data collection, measurement, and reporting on app performance.
4. Extract and transform data from third‑party apps, mobile measurement partners, and client databases.
5. Centralize data requests and coordinate with engineering to build systematic reporting solutions.
6. Support cross‑functional initiatives related to data and mobile growth.
Required Skills:
- SQL query writing and database manipulation.
- Data visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Storytelling with data: translate findings into strategic insights.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution, incremental testing, and SKAdNetwork.
- Understanding of paid UA channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA) and optimization levers.
- Experience with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, predictive analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of mobile measurement partners (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular).
- Experience with dashboards and reporting automation.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to explore generative AI in analytics.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SQL, data visualization, or digital marketing analytics preferred but not mandatory.
