**Job Title** Business Developer Intern **Role Summary** Support the senior CSO and CEO in accelerating B2B growth for a unique electric boat rental service. Engage in market research, pipeline construction, lead generation, and sales cycle management to drive corporate events, team‑building, and fleet chartering activities. **Expectations** - Deliver a structured B2B sales framework within 3 months. - Build and maintain an up‑to‑date opportunity pipeline linking prospect discovery to order hand‑off. - Demonstrate autonomy, assertiveness, and rigorous pipeline hygiene. - Contribute to revenue growth with closing support under supervision. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Commercial Structuring** - Co‑create competitive benchmark and target account map. - Define ICP, segmentation, outreach messaging, scripts, and pipeline stages. - Implement and populate CRM (including telephony integration); set OKR/KPI metrics. 2. **Lead Generation & Sales Cycle Management** - Generate and enrich leads, targeting corporate decision‑makers (CSE, HR, CEOs, office managers). - Initiate multichannel first contact (phone, email, LinkedIn). - Qualify needs, schedule and secure initial appointments. - Prioritize and upkeep a dynamic opportunity pipeline. - Manage order forms, coordinate with project management, keep CRM updated. - Produce concise activity and result reports; provide regular updates. - Participate in closing under guidance, depending on experience. **Required Skills** - Assertive, proactive, and self‑directed. - Strong interpersonal skills; confident in B2B communication. - Comfortable with cold calling and multi‑channel outreach. - Excellent written French/English (spelling, clarity, concision). - Familiarity with CRM usage and pipeline hygiene. - Experience or keen interest in B2B sales, prospecting, event or tourism sectors. - Organizational ability; prioritization and meticulous dossier tracking. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of 2nd‑year university (Bac+3) or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field. - Proven B2B sales internship or related experience preferred. ---
