Job Description

**Job Title** Business Analyst **Role Summary** Provide analytical and business‑process support to a Programme Management team within a global transformation function. Bridge business requirements with technical solutions, document processes, analyse data, and support project management activities to ensure successful delivery of end‑to‑end transformations. **Expectations** - Deliver clear, actionable requirements and documentation aligned with strategic objectives. - Support end‑to‑end project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality and compliance standards. - Champion continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making across programmes. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes in collaboration with business units. - Produce requirement artefacts, gap analyses, and improvement proposals. - Support programme planning, monitoring, and reporting activities. - Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and develop visual dashboards for stakeholders. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align planning with desired outcomes. - Recommend and facilitate incremental process improvements and transformation initiatives. - Track and report business risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. **Required Skills** - Experience as a Business Analyst in consumer, retail, tech, gaming, or e‑commerce sectors. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present data insights visually. - Proficiency with Power BI, JIRA, Excel, and process‑document management tools. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). - Ability to collaborate within a global, fast‑paced, multi‑functional environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Preferable certifications: CBAP, CCBA, CSM, MSP, or equivalent. ---
