**Job Title**
Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer
**Role Summary**
Design, develop, and optimize end‑to‑end B2B commerce storefronts on the Salesforce platform. Deliver scalable catalog, pricing, checkout, and integration solutions that meet business and technical standards while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
**Expectations**
- Produce high‑quality, reusable Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative solutions within Agile cycles.
- Act as a technical liaison between architects, product owners, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and best‑practice guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Architect and build B2B commerce components: catalogs, pricing rules, carts, checkout flows, entitlements, and custom storefront experiences.
2. Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce with ERP, PIM, OMS, and other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP, middleware, or platform events.
3. Translate requirements into detailed design documents, configuration records, and reusable code.
4. Write and execute unit, integration, and UI test scripts; perform regression and post‑deployment validation.
5. Troubleshoot performance, data sync, pricing, and UX issues; perform root‑cause analysis and resolution.
6. Participate in Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of the commerce environment.
**Required Skills**
- Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience designing B2B commerce data model: accounts, buyer groups, pricing, cart, order, inventory, fulfillment.
- Integration with ERP/OMS/PIM systems and knowledge of middleware patterns.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON.
- Understanding of payment integrations (Stripe, PayPal, Salesforce Payments).
- UML, DFD, ERD, BPMN diagramming.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of Salesforce development, 3+ years focused on B2B Commerce.
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications.
