Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer
Role Summary:
Senior architect and developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions. Leads code reviews, mitigates technical debt, and mentors the development team while aligning with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, integrated CRM capabilities.
Expectations:
- Deliver robust, reusable Salesforce applications meeting business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of code quality, processes, and system performance.
- Maintain best‑practice standards for development, deployment, and documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functionality using APEX, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, and Lightning Flow.
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs for system integration (e.g., Boomi, Mulesoft).
- Manage and reduce technical debt through code refactoring and process optimization.
- Create and adhere to deployment plans, test scenarios, and timelines for upgrades and new initiatives.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce SDLC best practices.
- Identify proactive solutions to recurring support tickets and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders (Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure adoption.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on architecture, testing, and DevOps practices.
Required Skills:
- Expert in APEX, Lightning Components, Aura, Lightning Flow, and Salesforce administration.
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related configurations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools and processes.
- Experience integrating with external data sources via REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross‑functional environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent education/experience acceptable); Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years Salesforce platform development experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification mandatory.
- Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and JavaScript certifications required.
- Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
