**Job title:** AI Workflow & Knowledge Systems Consultant
**Role Summary:** Design, implement, and optimize AI‑powered knowledge systems that integrate internal documentation, playbooks, dashboards, and product specifications into a unified, daily‑usable platform. Build AI agents and automations to streamline decision‑making and reduce manual work across product, marketing, operations, CX, and leadership functions.
**Expectations:**
- Part‑time contract (flexible hours, preference for EST collaboration).
- Initial engagement of 4–8 weeks with potential extension.
- Deliver a single, reliable AI layer that pulls from approved sources and scales with portfolio growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Architect and develop AI workflows linking internal knowledge assets into a cohesive system.
2. Configure and optimize “agent mode” to ensure accurate, context‑rich outputs for product, marketing, ops, CX, and leadership.
3. Build automations and repeatable processes to reduce manual effort in strategy, reporting, CRO audits, UX/UI reviews, inventory forecasting, content ops, etc.
4. Translate complex, real‑world team requirements into intuitive AI solutions that enhance decision quality and speed.
5. Conduct training and enablement sessions to foster adoption and effective use of new systems.
6. Collaborate with DTC teams to map AI workflows to their operational processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on experience designing and deploying LLM‑powered workflows, AI agents, or knowledge graphs.
- Deep understanding of DTC operational domains (marketing, growth, product, ops).
- Expertise in structuring information for AI context awareness and output accuracy.
- Ability to balance strategic system architecture with hands‑on implementation.
- Strong communication and instruction skills for guiding non‑technical teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, LLMs, or workflow automation are preferred.
