**Job Title:**
Power Platform Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise workflow and collaboration solutions on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) within a regulated DOE nuclear environment. Provide architecture, integration with Microsoft 365, and compliance support for mission‑critical business processes.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver secure, scalable, and compliant Power Platform solutions.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
* Maintain documentation, coding standards, and user guides.
* Ensure adherence to DOE, NIST, and cybersecurity compliance requirements.
* Support testing, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting of workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and modernize workflow solutions in Microsoft 365.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Dataverse data models.
- Integrate Power Platform components with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Manage application lifecycle: build, test, deploy, and support enterprise‑level solutions.
- Produce technical documentation, coding standards, and user guides.
- Participate in project planning, status meetings, and milestone tracking.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing within cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure solutions meet DOE, SRNS, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise workflow and automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment.
- Effective communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience supporting GCC High or government‑regulated Microsoft environments.
- Knowledge of DOE, NIST, or other cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Background in modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows.
- Prior exposure to SRNS, DOE, or nuclear industry environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field **and** ≥5 years of relevant experience **OR** equivalent combination totaling ≥9 years.
- Ability to obtain a DOE “Q” Security Clearance (active clearance not required at start).
