Job title Backend Engineer Role Summary Design, implement, and scale backend services that enable seamless integration of third‑party financial systems into a wealth‑tech data orchestration platform. Experience - 4‑6 years of backend engineering with a proven record of shipping reliable, well‑tested production systems. - Strong background in API design, data modeling, concurrency, and performance optimization. - Hands‑on experience with relational databases, distributed systems, and event‑driven architectures. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain scalable integrations with external financial APIs and services. - Design and implement robust data mapping and synchronization workflows across heterogeneous data schemas. - Develop reusable patterns, tooling, and services that accelerate the onboarding of new integrations. - Own end‑to‑end delivery of backend features: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and front‑end teams to ensure high‑quality customer experiences.
