Our ethical, family-run business supplies cocktails direct to customers via a well-stocked web shop, as well as to prestigious bars and restaurants across the UK. Every Edmunds cocktail is hand blended, bottled and labelled in-house using only the finest spirits, liqueurs and juices. A truly bar quality cocktail, bottled. We’re also committed to planting a tree for every box sold and are proud to say we’ve planted more than 100k trees to date through our partnership with Ecologi.

Job Description
Job title: Key Account Manager Role Summary: Own and grow existing accounts and secure new opportunities in the on‑and‑off trade for a premium ready‑to‑serve cocktail brand, driving growth targets and strengthening the brand’s presence across diverse retail and hospitality venues. Expectations: - Meet or exceed agreed sales growth and rate‑of‑sale targets. - Maintain the brand’s premium positioning through flawless execution and strong advocacy at every customer touchpoint. - Build and nurture relationships with buyers, bar managers, and decision‑makers, ensuring the brand becomes the preferred choice in the market. - Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and tastings, effectively communicating product value and innovation. - Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute activations, events, and service initiatives that support brand objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Champion brand visibility and advocacy across all touchpoints. - Own and expand current accounts with bars, restaurants, premium retailers, hotels, and group bookings. - Identify and secure new listings to elevate brand presence. - Deliver growth through strategic account planning and maximizing rate‑of‑sale. - Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and tastings. - Work closely with marketing and operations to coordinate activations, events, and exceptional service. - Strengthen buyer and bar team relationships, positioning the brand as the top choice in ready‑to‑serve cocktails. Required Skills: - Proven experience in the drinks industry, ideally within the premium/luxury segment. - Deep understanding of the on‑and‑off trade landscape and a well‑developed professional network. - Strong relationship‑building abilities with an aptitude for turning conversations into commercial wins. - Commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating with outlets and senior stakeholders. - Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑growing, ambitious environments. - Full UK driving licence. Required Education & Certifications: - Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - No specific certifications required.
