Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end sales of an AI‑driven SaaS platform for visitor attractions, driving new business and expanding market presence in key segments. Expactations: Deliver pipeline growth, close high‑value deals, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape the UK go‑to‑market strategy. Key Responsibilities - Prospect, qualify, and prioritize leads to build a consistent pipeline. - Conduct full sales cycle from discovery calls, product demos, proposals, negotiation, to contract signing. - Close deals and transition customers to implementation/account management. - Build a network within the attractions and cultural industry through events, trade shows, and conferences. - Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine sales and marketing tactics. - Represent the company at industry events, strengthening brand awareness and generating opportunities. - Travel across the UK to onboard prospects and maintain executive‑level relationships. - Work closely with Product to relay customer and industry insights and with Marketing to tailor UK‑specific materials. Required Skills - Demonstrated full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in hospitality, leisure, or cultural sectors. - Native‑level English; additional European languages a plus. - Strong pipeline management and structured prospecting ability. - Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales automation tools. - Commercial negotiation, value proposition development, and handling complex deal structures. - Persuasive communication with executive presence. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, resilient, and adaptable to a fast‑paced scale‑up environment. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
