Job title: Paid Media Consultant (F/H) Role Summary: Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for national and franchise clients in fitness, wellness, beauty, and home sectors, working closely with project managers and creative teams to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality paid media strategy and execution, maintain accurate tracking, provide actionable insights, align with client objectives, support internal teams, and continuously improve processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct competitive market research, trend analysis, and internal reporting. - Advise on paid media strategies and 1–6 month acquisition plans. - Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. - Manage budgets, maximize ROI, and implement daily optimizations. - Coordinate with creative teams to produce performance‑oriented ads. - Set up and verify GA4/Tag Manager tracking and ensure data integrity. - Produce internal performance reports for project managers. - Train and mentor junior agency staff. - Share best practices and contribute to process improvement. Required Skills: - 2–4 years of paid media experience (agency or in‑house). - Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong analytical mindset, KPI focus, data‑driven decision making. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self‑motivated, detail oriented, performance‑centric. - Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams. Job title: Digital Strategy & Client Accounts Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead digital strategy and client account management for high‑impact B2C campaigns across sectors such as housing, beauty, and automotive. Own end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, performance analysis and creative direction while coordinating a small team and serving as the primary strategic partner for key clients. Expectations: Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, proven success driving B2C acquisition, and a track record of managing Meta and Google Ads at scale. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and structure workflows for a multidisciplinary team. Must be data‑driven, strategic, and comfortable influencing creative and business decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate a 4‑person account team, setting priorities, processes, and ensuring high‑quality deliverables. 2.
