Job Description
**Job Title** Account Manager, Corporate Hospitality Solutions **Role Summary** Oversee all facets of corporate hospitality services for assigned accounts, including daily meal orders, pantry supplies, coffee services, and full‑service catering. Serve as primary client liaison, manage event logistics through Tripleseat, maintain accurate event details, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across the catering cycle. **Expectations** - Promptly respond to phone and email inquiries regarding catering services. - Gather, confirm, and communicate event details to clients and internal teams. - Coordinate with operations to inventory items and maintain par levels. - Monitor client and employee feedback, provide monthly reporting, and implement improvements. - Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menu items. - Document account specifics (allergies, VIPs) and deliver moments of truth throughout the year. - Demonstrate superior customer service reflected in client feedback. - Ask critical questions during event planning, meet weekly BEO deadlines, and respond efficiently to requests. - Perform general administrative duties (printing, reports, email and voicemail management, filing, and database upkeep with Caterease). **Key Responsibilities** - Manage client communications and event detail confirmation. - Coordinate inventory and par level management with operations. - Analyze and report on client feedback and service metrics. - Develop and present new menu concepts with the culinary team. - Maintain detailed client profiles, including dietary restrictions and VIP information. - Ensure timely completion of Befores Event Orders (BEOs) and other event documentation. - Provide general administrative support and database maintenance. **Required Skills** - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and detail orientation. - Advanced customer service and relationship‑building. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. - Proficiency with event management software (Tripleseat) and client databases (Caterease). - Basic inventory management skills. - Collaborative mindset for working with operations and culinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - High‑school diploma or equivalent. - Legally eligible to work in Canada. - Relevant experience in hospitality, catering, or event management preferred.
