**Job Title:** Venture Capitalist **Role Summary:** Contract VC partner responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting cross‑border joint venture deals. Leverages industry networks, attends monthly consortium events, provides strategic advisory to clients, and promotes personal and firm reputation through media and social platforms. **Expectations:** - Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships with regular communication (minimum monthly text contact plus in‑person meetings). - Represent the firm publicly (media interviews, social media content). - Participate actively in consortium forums and industry events. - Deliver new and retentive client value to achieve commission targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Attend and contribute to monthly internal and external industry events and consortium forums. - Provide tailored advisory support to individual clients on cross‑border JV opportunities. - Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, celebrating client success. - Engage with media, conduct interviews, and share professional insights on social media. - Promote personal profile via the consortium platform and partner networks. - Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure client commitments. - Support marketing communications and media outreach activities. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment advisory. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. - Knowledge of international joint venture structures and cross‑border investment dynamics. - Self‑directed, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently. - Proficient in social media, digital communication, and public speaking. - Basic project management, proposal writing, and sales closure skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Relevant professional certifications (CFA, CAIA, CPA, PE/CV) are a plus.
