**Job Title** Key Account Manager – National Bakery Chains & Entrepreneurs **Role Summary** Senior account manager responsible for a strategic national portfolio of bakery chains, artisan bakers and industry partners. Drives revenue growth and profitability by delivering customized product and service solutions, building long‑term client relationships, and leveraging market trends for sustainable development. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets for assigned accounts. - Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement. - Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic market environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze the BVP (bakery, vignerons, producers) and milling markets, identifying trends, consumption patterns, and competitive dynamics. - Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the portfolio, aligning with corporate objectives. - Grow existing accounts with tailored product, service and technical support solutions. - Prospect and close new strategic accounts to expand the national portfolio. - Construct and negotiate high‑value, customized commercial offers. - Transition client relationships from transactional to strategic partnership. - Coordinate with R&D, marketing and other internal teams to align product/service development with customer needs. - Produce structured, analytical, and dynamic reporting for portfolio performance and strategic decision-making. **Required Skills** - Advanced negotiation and relationship‑building techniques. - Project management and execution of sales initiatives. - Analytical reporting – proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot). - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision skills. - Self‑directed, proactive, and ability to anticipate client needs. - Adaptability to complex, fast‑moving environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum 5+ years of key account management experience within the milling, bakery or BVP sector. - Bachelor’s +5 (Master’s) degree in business administration, economics, or agro‑food engineering. - Valid CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or equivalent) highly desirable. ---
