Job Description
Job title: Oracle Financial Functional Intern Role Summary: Support Oracle Financials implementation and finance transformation projects, preparing design documents, testing, and user training while collaborating with global teams across finance and supply chain modules. Expactations: - 0–3 years experience with Oracle Payables, Receivables, GL, or Fixed Assets. - Bachelor’s degree, finance or related field required; finance or ERP certifications a plus. - Strong accounting knowledge, detailed‑oriented, and ability to follow structured methodology. - Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset. - Willingness to work flexible hours for global coordination, including occasional evenings. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in Oracle Financials configuration and solution design per business requirements. - Draft configuration documents, test scripts, and migration plans. - Perform daily application maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end‑user training. - Participate in upgrade testing, data validation, and migration activities. - Contribute to project reporting: weekly status updates and documentation. - Collaborate with consulting and development teams on finance and supply chain workstreams. - Gain exposure to adjacent modules (Procurement, Inventory, Projects) as needed. Required Skills: - Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP financial reporting principles. - Practical experience with Oracle Financials modules (Payables, Receivables, GL, Fixed Assets). - Basic understanding of procurement, inventory, and project accounting. - Proficiency in Excel and data analysis. - Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. - Detail‑orientation and adherence to implementation best practices. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. - Certified Business Analyst, Oracle ERP, or similar finance/ERP certifications are a plus.
