Job Description
**Job Title:** Environmental Studies Project Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end environmental impact studies across sectors such as industry, mining, energy, infrastructure and real estate. Manage project life cycle, from scope definition and budgeting to team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, legally compliant study reports on schedule. - Secure and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. - Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact for permitting and regulatory matters. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with technical leads. - Develop and control budgets, project plans, and schedules. - Build and lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects of projects. - Facilitate regular meetings with clients, partners, subcontractors, authorities, and stakeholders. - Oversee production of analyses, studies, and reports; ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. - Assist clients through administrative and permitting processes. - Draft commercial proposals in partnership with the Department Head. - Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and client alliances. - Perform site visits and office tasks to maintain quality service standards. **Required Skills:** - Project management experience (minimum 3 years) in environmental consulting or engineering office. - Strong organizational, analytical, and synthesis capabilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to work autonomously, manage stress, and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Familiarity with environmental assessment procedures and permitting frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field. - Proven experience in multidisciplinary environmental studies.
