Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Intern Role Summary: Support the global marketing team by researching industry events, analyzing social media performance, drafting content, and evaluating brand assets. Collaborate across time zones to coordinate initiatives and provide actionable insights for marketing strategy and engagement. Expactations: • Immediate impact on research, content creation, and brand evaluation tasks. • Availability for occasional in-person meetings with the manager. • Flexibility for cross‑time‑zone coordination (India and Taiwan). • 3‑month engagement, up to 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Research industry conferences, workshops, webinars, and college fairs relevant to the company’s services. - Collaborate with global team to gain insight on products, services, branding, website, and marketing strategy. - Evaluate current social media channels; track engagement, redefine posting schedules, and draft new posts. - Review company merchandise; suggest design improvements, research vendors, assess quality and cost. - Analyze customer and client surveys; gather feedback and actionable insights. - Coordinate with multiple regions on CSR initiatives, global holiday calendars, and other regional activities. Required Skills: - Currently enrolled in or holding an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. - Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, quick learner with strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of market research techniques and basic data analysis/statistics. - Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools. - Creative thinking with commercial awareness. - Proficiency in MS Office or GSuite. - Willingness to connect across multiple time zones, including late‑night or early‑morning meetings. - Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Required Education & Certifications: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
