**Job Title**
HubSpot CRM & Growth Marketing Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and outbound B2B strategies. Act as the primary HubSpot subject matter expert, aligning marketing, sales, and operations to drive acquisition and revenue growth for B2B clients.
**Expectations**
- Deliver comprehensive HubSpot solutions: scoping, configuration, data migration, integration, and user training.
- Conduct in‑depth HubSpot audits and implement advanced optimizations for SalesOps and RevOps.
- Design email templates, sequencing, and nurturing workflows; establish lead scoring and alignment between marketing and sales.
- Build dashboards, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute multi‑channel outbound B2B campaigns (emailing, prospecting tools).
- Create and refine growth acquisition roadmaps, prioritize growth levers, and provide continuous optimization recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- HubSpot implementation: project management, configuration, data migration, integrations, training.
- HubSpot audit & advanced optimizations (SalesOps, RevOps).
- Email marketing: template creation, sequencing, collaboration with content team.
- Marketing campaigns: strategy, execution, performance measurement.
- Lead nurturing & lead scoring: scenario design, workflow setup.
- Marketing‑sales alignment: process structuring, qualification journey optimization.
- Dashboards & reporting: KPI definition, data visualization, performance insights.
- Outbound B2B: strategy design, tool usage (Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Waalaxy), process structuring, performance improvement.
- Growth strategy: multi‑channel acquisition plans, prioritization, roadmap development, continuous analysis.
**Required Skills**
- Expert proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Content, and Service modules.
- Project management experience in HubSpot migration or new deployment.
- B2B outbound expertise using tools such as Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, Waalaxy.
- Strong background in B2B digital marketing, data‑driven performance culture.
- Excellent client consulting, autonomy, and rigorous execution.
- Exceptional written communication and flawless orthography.
- Bonus: agency experience; knowledge of Salesforce or SF Marketing Cloud; familiarity with no‑code tools (Make, N8N, Zapier, MymigrationCRM).
- Bonus: SEO, Geo, AI‑driven SEO; proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta advertising.
- Bonus: bilingual in English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, HubSpot CMS, HubSpot Service Hub) strongly preferred.
- Additional relevant certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Salesforce) are a plus.
