This senior role blends strategic insight with operational delivery, driving cross‑channel initiatives and presenting analysis to senior leadership. **Expectations** - Build and shape a channel‑agnostic strategy from inception to launch. - Deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and KPI performance. - Influence senior stakeholders and the executive team through evidence‑based storytelling. - Manage a small, geographically dispersed team and mentor direct reports. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the Director of Omnichannel Marketing to define regional strategy. - Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of cross‑channel campaigns (ideation to KPI review). - Analyse large datasets to uncover insights, optimise touchpoints, and support strategy. - Align retail, merchandising, CRM, e‑commerce, wholesale, and brand functions around common objectives. - Create high‑impact presentations for senior leadership, including quarterly and project‑specific briefings. - Establish frameworks, metrics, and governance for newly created initiatives. **Required Skills** - Strategic planning and execution in omnichannel marketing. - Advanced analytical capability and data‑driven decision making. - Proven experience managing diverse, multi‑location teams. - Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in creating executive‑level presentations. - Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations and manage high‑profile stakeholders. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field). - Equivalent experience is acceptable; professional certifications (e.g., CMO, PMP, Advanced Analytics) are a plus.

Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel Role Summary: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and governance of complex technology and commercial agreements, integrating legal insight with business strategy while advancing contract processes and legal technology adoption. Expectations: 6–10 years post‑qualification experience, with a strong private‑practice foundation in commercial/technology law followed by substantive in‑house exposure. Must demonstrate expertise in MSAs, SaaS, SOWs, licensing, outsourcing, IP, data protection, and emerging tech (AI). Proven commercial acumen, a pragmatic approach to risk, and the ability to advise senior stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, negotiate, and close MSAs, SaaS agreements, Statements of Work, licensing, and outsourcing contracts. - Act as legal lead on strategic deals, assessing risks, governance implications, and securing necessary approvals. - Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to align legal advice with commercial objectives. - Develop, update, and disseminate contract templates, playbooks, and guidance documents. - Support legal operations by managing contract lifecycles and driving the implementation of legal tech and AI tools.
