Accompagner les DRH dans la digitalisation de leur fonction, c’est la vocation de Human Sight. Nos expert(e)s vous accompagnent dans toutes les étapes du changement de votre outil SIRH : du schéma directeur, cahier des charges/aide au choix, jusqu’à la phase d’AMOA projet. Nous intervenons au cœur de la fonction, en soutien de vos équipes RH & Paie, sur du management ou de l’expertise de transition pour réduire les tensions dans un marché en pénurie de compétences. Cela peut également se traduire dans la prise en charge par nos équipes spécialisées de tout ou partie de vos process de gestion tels que la gestion au quotidien de vos IJSS, les aides à l’embauche, et même la production de la paie. En parallèle, notre offre Audit & Conseil, consiste à vous apporter une vision contradictoire de votre organisation, de vos process et de vos outils dans une démarche d’efficience sur un marché en profonde transformation. C’est aussi prendre en charge pour vous des process de gestion comme les aides à l’embauche, le traitement des IJSS, et la gestion de la paie. Il en est de même de la paie française qui, par nature, est complexe et dont les évolutions réglementaires régulières bousculent le quotidien de vos équipes RH ! Dans ce contexte, il n’est pas rare de constater des entreprises qui surcotisent à tort ! Là aussi nos consultant(e)s vous aident à identifier des leviers afin d’optimiser vos charges sociales dans un rapport gagnant/gagnant ! Mais nous ne nous arrêtons pas là : notre outil Paysight, accessible en mode SAAS, permet de recenser et digitaliser l’ensemble de votre règlementaire de paie avec une GED intégrée, et de surcroît permet d’automatiser vos contrôles de paie.
