**Job Title**: Head of Marketing – Beauty, Cosmetics & Personal Care
**Role Summary**:
Lead the global marketing function for a premium beauty brand, setting strategic direction, driving omni‑channel campaigns, and expanding international market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute an omni‑channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

- Coordinate with sales, CEO, founders, and Head of Sales to ensure marketing plans support commercial objectives.
- Lead global expansion initiatives, tailoring messaging for local markets.
- Own the brand’s digital ecosystem: ecommerce, paid media, social, SEO, and CRM, driving performance and innovation.
- Partner with retail and distribution teams to optimize sell‑in and sell‑through.
- Manage marketing budgets, set KPIs, and report on performance metrics.
- Monitor industry trends, conduct data‑driven insights, and apply analytical frameworks to refine strategy.
