Job title: New Business Executive Role Summary Provide sales support for B2B outreach, driving lead generation, prospecting, and early client relationship development. Manage outbound campaigns, CRM data, and marketing analytics while collaborating with the growth team to scale product adoption overseas. Expectations - Engage proactively with prospects to secure pipeline growth. - Execute multi‑channel outreach and nurture relationships until signed deals. - Leverage analytical tools to evaluate and optimize campaigns. - Maintain data quality in CRM and reporting systems. - Contribute to sales collateral creation and client pitch preparation. - Attend events and support on‑site client meetings. Key Responsibilities 1. Execute targeted outbound campaigns using tools such as Apollo.io, Airtable, Excel/Google Sheets. 2. Conduct prospecting, custom outreach, and follow‑ups to secure B2B leads. 3. Input and manage accurate client data in CRM and maintain task lists. 4. Analyze marketing and sales metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and test new approaches. 5. Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and case studies. 6. Support client pitches through note‑taking, collateral provision, and eventually lead delivery. 7. Perform market sizing and research to uncover new opportunities. 8. Represent the company at conferences and client events; manage related logistics. Required Skills - Sales experience in a tech environment (minimum 1 year). - Lead generation and outbound outreach expertise (Apollo.io, similar). - Advanced Excel proficiency (lookups, conditional formatting, data manipulation). - CRM usage and data management. - Strong written, verbal, and phone communication; confident in presentations. - Analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance. - High organizational and detail‑oriented approach. - English fluency (C2), or native bilingual proficiency. - Empathy, emotional intelligence, and persistence in sales. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field. - Relevant certifications in sales, CRM, or analytics are an advantage but not mandatory.
