**Job Title:** CRM & Customer Loyalty Specialist (H/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead customer‑centric growth by designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel CRM strategies, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing automation for a fast‑growing mobility e‑commerce platform.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver measurable lift in purchase frequency, average basket size, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
* Ensure all CRM initiatives are value‑driven, profitable, and aligned with corporate strategy.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, IT, and Data teams to maintain data integrity and security.
* Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations for CRM and marketing automation tools.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement & CRM Strategy** – Develop and execute omnichannel CRM and marketing‑automation roadmaps; build personalized lifecycle journeys.
- **Loyalty & Engagement Programs** – Design, launch, and evolve omnichannel loyalty schemes; set promotion mechanics (status tiers, rewards, gamification, exclusive app benefits).
- **Marketing Automation & Scenarios** – Operate automated campaigns; continuously improve performance through A/B tests, personalization, and scoring.
- **Customer Data & Knowledge** – Leverage 360° customer data; contribute to CDP architecture and advanced segmentation; generate actionable customer signals.
- **Performance & KPI Management** – Define, track, and report key KPIs; construct dashboards and deliver actionable insights; ensure data quality and security compliance.
- **Project & Vendor Management** – Prioritize complex initiatives; oversee contract administration and vendor deliverables.
**Required Skills:**
- 5‑8 years of CRM, customer engagement, loyalty, or marketing‑automation experience.
- Proven track record in e‑commerce, retail, or marketplace (B2C preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing‑automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong data‑driven mindset: segmentation, A/B testing, KPI analysis, ROI evaluation.
- Project management ability: structure, prioritize, and steer multi‑disciplinary projects.
- Analytical, rigorous, and results‑oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Commerce, Marketing, Data Analysis, or equivalent.
- Certifications in CRM or marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot Academy) are a plus.
