Job Description

Job title: Marketing and Sales Intern Role Summary: Part‑time student role focused on developing campus relationships with fraternities and sororities, generating leads, creating social‑media content, supporting order fulfillment, and representing the brand during outreach activities. Expactations: • Actively participate in Greek life or maintain outreach to Greek organizations. • Pursue commission‑based earnings and demonstrate tangible sales impact. • Workflow: manage leads, produce content, assist design and production, handle orders, provide customer service, and promote brand presence on campus. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain relationships with campus Greek organizations. • Generate and manage leads through email, DMs, and in‑person meetings. • Create and schedule TikTok & Instagram content to promote the brand. • Collaborate with the production team on design ideas and production updates. • Manage order lifecycle from intake to delivery, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Represent and advocate for the brand across campus events and networks. Required Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication. • Proficiency with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram). • Outreach ability and networking with student organizations. • Creative mindset combined with organizational discipline. • Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
