**Job Title:** Digital Marketing Specialist **Role Summary:** Partner with global creator and affiliate programs to recruit, onboard, and scale creator talent; drive cross‑channel marketing performance; source and vet content for paid social campaigns; maintain creator pipeline and compliance; coordinate with analytics, legal, and paid media teams. **Expectations:** - 3–5 years’ experience in affiliate, influencer, and paid‑social marketing. - Proven track record of recruiting/activating creators, driving performance metrics, and managing cross‑functional campaigns. - Strong analytical mindset with attribution and performance evaluation skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify & recruit creators/affiliates; validate regional strategies before global roll‑out. - Manage high‑touch outreach, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship building. - Coordinate creator engagement across inboxes, networks, and internal channels. - Track incentive fulfillment (gift cards, coupons), support contests, giveaways, and seasonal programs. - Source and vet creators for TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta ad campaigns; align with paid‑social leads on content calendars. - Collaborate with paid‑social, analytics, legal, and creative teams for compliance, optimization, and resource alignment. - Lead monthly email calendar syncs in Braze; set up audiences, campaigns, and verify deliverables. - Engage agency partners to identify high‑quality leads and test recruitment approaches. - Drive channel alignment for in‑house creator programs, external networks, and paid advertising. **Required Skills:** - Affiliate & influencer marketing strategy. - Paid‑social content sourcing & creator vetting. - Cross‑functional collaboration (paid media, analytics, legal, creative). - Data‑driven attribution analysis and performance optimization. - Strong communication and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in paid‑social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) and email marketing tools (Braze). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Certifications in digital marketing, paid‑social advertising, or analytics preferred (e.g., Meta Certified, Google Ads, Braze).
