**Job Title:** Technical Project Management Analyst
**Role Summary:** Deliver and coordinate complex technology initiatives across product, engineering, and business teams in a regulated fintech environment, using Agile frameworks and Atlassian tools.
**Expectations:** • Finish multi-phase programs on schedule and within scope.
• Maintain clear delivery visibility and metrics.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and resolve blockers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery for multiple workstreams, ensuring clear scope, sequencing, and accountability.
- Plan, track, and document activities in Jira and Confluence; produce dashboards, velocity, cycle‑time, burndown reports.
- Apply Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile practices; facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Communicate priorities, dependencies, risks, and decisions to stakeholders; keep them informed of progress.
- Lead outcome‑driven meetings that move work forward and align teams on objectives and next actions.
- Escalate and resolve blockers, ensuring alignment to business objectives and delivery commitments.
- Operate within a PMO‑style environment, balancing competing priorities and supporting scalability.
- Blend coordination with forward‑looking planning to align delivery work with enterprise goals.
- Adapt plans quickly amid ambiguity and change while maintaining momentum.
- Serve as a cross‑functional partner, flexing between teams and initiatives as needs shift.
- Promote continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback loops, and experimentation.
- Identify enhancements to processes and tooling that improve reliability, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
**Required Skills**
- Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile).
- Atlassian toolset proficiency (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong written and verbal communication with executives and cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving and risk/dependency management.
- Cross‑functional leadership and high emotional intelligence.
- Change leadership and ability to guide teams through evolving priorities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of project management experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
