Job Description

Job Title Senior Full Stack Product Engineer Role Summary Lead ownership of end‑to‑end product development, from architecture through deployment, across a cloud‑native stack. Deliver high‑quality, scalable, and secure features that drive influence‑marketing insights and client engagement, while maintaining a product‑first mindset and collaborating closely with engineering, data, and product teams. Expectations - Deep expertise in TypeScript and a modern front‑end framework (React JS or Angular). - Proven experience building cloud‑scalable solutions on a major provider (GCP). - Background in early‑stage, high‑growth startups and a strong sense of ownership and speed. - Ability to design and integrate AI/LLM‑driven features. - Familiarity with the marketing‑measurement domain and the creator economy is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities - Architect, code, and ship full‑stack features that add business value, following an end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle. - Define and enforce technical best practices, including code quality, scalability, security, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). - Participate in product discovery, architectural decisions, and trade‑off analyses with cross‑functional stakeholders. - Ensure system reliability, performance, and secure coding standards throughout the product lifecycle. - Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with data, product, and other engineering teams to build integrated solutions aligned with business goals. Required Skills - TypeScript (front‑end & back‑end) - React JS or Angular (proficient in one, experience with both is a plus) - Node.js & NestJS (backend) - Cloud platforms – GCP (compute, storage, database) - CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and version control best practices - AI/LLM integration experience - Product mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions - Strong written and verbal communication with engineering and commercial stakeholders - Ability to manage complex, cross‑team projects and deliver on deadlines Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
