**Job Title**
SAP Finance Manager (Record‑to‑Report, S/4HANA)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver end‑to‑end SAP finance projects for large enterprise clients. Design, configure, and optimise FI/CO solutions on S/4HANA, manage cross‑functional project teams, and maintain strong client relationships to drive business value and digital transformation.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5‑year master’s degree (Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent).
- 7+ years of SAP experience, with proven success in managing and leading teams.
- Deep expertise in FI/CO on ECC and S/4HANA, including integration with SD and MM modules.
- Mastery of Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
- Strong project management, change‑management and client‑engagement skills.
- Excellent written and oral English; French language proficiency optional.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as primary client liaison to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customise SAP FI/CO modules on S/4HANA to meet client needs.
- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation cycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and go‑live support.
- Oversee testing phases, validate functional documentation, and ensure successful production deployment.
- Manage and coach project teams, tracking performance, facilitating skill development, and guaranteeing high‑quality deliverables.
- Maintain continuous client relationships, identify upsell or contract renewal opportunities, and support bid/offer preparation.
- Stay current on SAP ecosystem advancements (S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, SAP AI) and advise clients on strategic technology adoption.
- Participate in internal cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., sustainability, HR, marketing projects).
**Required Skills**
- SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation on S/4HANA (and ECC).
- Integration knowledge with SD and MM modules.
- End‑to‑end R2R, P2P, O2C process expertise.
- Project management (methodology, scope, schedule, budget).
- Team leadership, mentorship, and change‑management.
- Analytical thinking, synthesis, clear communication.
- Client‑centric approach, adaptability, initiative, and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in English; French language skills a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Engineering, Finance, Business Administration).
- SAP FI/CO certification and S/4HANA certification are highly desirable.
- Additional certifications in SAP project management or business analysis strengthen the application.
