Job title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Anglophone) Role Summary: Freelance analyst bridging business and technical teams to optimize Salesforce solutions, gather and formalise business requirements, author user stories, support testing & deployment, and provide post‑launch user assistance. Expactations: • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams. • Elicit, analyse and document business needs into clear specifications. • Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications. • Collaborate with Salesforce consultants, admins and developers throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in testing (UAT) and deployment activities. • Support end‑users and monitor system performance after go‑live.
