**Job title**
Project Manager – Infrastructure Refresh
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver a multi‑site infrastructure consolidation program, coordinating internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery of servers, networking, telecoms, PCs, and related services.
**Expectations**
- Successfully complete the infrastructure refresh within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with all stakeholders, providing status updates, risk alerts, and escalation points.
- Deliver documented lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of the infrastructure consolidation project across multiple locations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Engage and manage third‑party suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations, quality standards, and performance metrics are met.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings with internal teams (IT, operations, finance, facilities) to gather requirements, approve deliverables, and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators, schedule adherence, budget status, and scope changes.
- Oversee documentation, configuration management, and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure project management (servers, networking, telecoms, PCs).
- Successful delivery of multi‑site infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Expertise in third‑party supplier negotiation and management.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and cost constraints simultaneously.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
- Industry‑specific certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Server+, ITIL Foundation) are advantageous.
