Job Description
Job Title: Associate Director of Sales **Role Summary** Lead and grow WSO2’s commercial organization in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Own revenue generation, pipeline development, and account expansion while coaching a high‑performing team of Account and Enterprise Managers. Drive strategic sales initiatives aligned with global growth goals, foster C‑level relationships, and ensure superior customer value across the region. **Expectations** - Deliver on regional revenue targets through new sales, renewals, and upsells. - Drive pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and deal closure for strategic accounts. - Build and maintain C‑level relationships, enhancing long‑term partnership value. - Cultivate a high‑performance sales culture focused on customer success and results. - Align regional strategy with global and European growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute the France & Benelux sales strategy in line with corporate goals. - Generate, qualify, and forecast pipeline; report regional performance to senior leadership. - Lead, coach, and mentor Account Managers and Enterprise AMs; set goals and monitor results. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle for high‑potential or strategic accounts; personally close key deals. - Strengthen customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention; ensure CRM hygiene and compliance. - Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Partner Alliances, and Customer Success to deliver unified customer experiences. - Support partner‑led growth initiatives and expand strategic alliances to broaden market reach. **Required Skills** - 15+ years in enterprise software sales/account management. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Deep understanding of AI, API management, integration, IAM, or related technologies. - Fluent in English; native French; Dutch proficiency is a plus. - Strong leadership and coaching abilities for managing a diverse sales team. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills with C‑suite executives. - Proficient in CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales analytics. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. - Ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of accounts. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field. - No additional certifications required, though industry knowledge in AI, API, and IAM technologies is essential.
