**Job Title:** Digital Asset Manager **Role Summary:** Oversees organization, governance, and optimization of marketing assets. Manages digital asset management (DAM) systems to ensure brand consistency, efficient access, and operational support for global teams. **Expectations:** - 5+ years in digital asset management, marketing operations, or related fields. - Experience managing DAM platforms (Box, Canto preferred) and integrations (Hive, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.). - Proven ability to develop metadata schemas, taxonomy, and workflow automation. - Cross-functional collaboration skills; comfort with ambiguity and process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead daily management of DAM platforms and related tools. - Design and maintain metadata schemas, tagging standards, and folder structures. - Monitor asset uploads, permissions, and version control for compliance and quality. - Manage DAM integrations with external systems. - Establish policies for asset intake, archiving, and expiration. - Ensure brand, accessibility, and compliance standards across assets. - Conduct audits for compliance and security. - Recommend system enhancements and deliver training for adoption. - Provide user support and track metrics for efficiency improvements. - Build cross-departmental partnerships to align DAM with organizational goals. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in metadata management, taxonomy, and file organization. - Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Collaboration and communication to translate technical processes for non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in DAM platforms and system integrations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Certification or training in digital asset management or information architecture preferred.
