**Job Title:** Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer **Role Summary:** Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and customers to deliver actionable insights through dashboards, lenses, and dataflows. **Expectations:** - Proficiency with Tableau CRM, SAQL, dataflows, recipes, Einstein Analytics, and CRM Analytics components. - Strong consulting and communication skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Ability to lead technical design discussions and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead discussions with customer stakeholders to groom business requirements for CRMA initiatives. - Collaborate with track TPOs and SAs to gather and translate information into deliverable CRMA user stories. - Demo dashboards to business stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate designs. - Architect and implement technical/architectural aspects of CRMA solutions. - Provide consultative guidance to the CRMA team on solution choices and address technical queries. - Verify and validate insights and findings, communicating results to customers clearly and concisely. **Required Skills:** - Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics) - SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) - Bindings, Recipes, Dataflows, Lens, Dashboards - Strong design and implementation of CRM Analytics solutions - Stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation - Communication of technical findings to non‑technical audiences - Adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices **Required Education & Certifications:** - Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant**
