Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive security plans and loss prevention strategies. - Supervise, train, and coach security personnel, fostering teamwork and excellence. - Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly to incidents. - Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. - Manage emergency protocols and coordinate with local law enforcement. - Maintain security records, incident reports, and compliance documentation. - Promote a secure environment through effective communication and education. Required Skills - Leadership, decision‑making, calm under pressure. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Detail‑oriented, organized, and well‑versed in safety practices. - Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a 24‑hour operational setting. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum of 1 year experience in safety and security operations. - Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred. - T89 operating licence and valid Security Guard Licence. - Additional industry certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional) a plus.
