Job Title: Product Owner & Development Team Lead – AGL Adélia Studio Role Summary: Lead the product lifecycle and a technical team of 10 for the historic Adélia Studio AGL, overseeing roadmap, platform coherence across iSeries, Linux, Windows, and Web, while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 security standards and driving modernisation through CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud adoption. Expectations: - Assume full product ownership after a scheduled retirement transition. - Deliver a clear, strategic roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs in the banking/insurance domain. - Manage budgets, margins, and performance metrics to meet operational targets. - Cultivate and grow technical expertise in IBM i ecosystem and complementary technologies.
