Job Title: Campaign & Growth Manager Role Summary: Own and execute the full lifecycle of high‑performance paid social and performance‑channel campaigns. Translate data insights into rapid experiments, scale winning initiatives, and establish repeatable growth playbooks. Expectations: - Deliver measurable growth (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention). - Maintain a rigorous test‑and‑learn cadence across audiences, bids, funnels, creatives, and market entry. - Communicate clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and drive cross‑functional alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across paid social and other performance channels. - Design and execute structured experiments (audiences, bidding, funnel flows, creatives, markets). - Brief, iterate, and ship creative assets with media buyers and production teams. - Monitor and report on performance KPIs, identify breakpoints, and implement rapid fixes. - Validate new markets, channels, and offers; document growth playbooks. - Collaborate with BI and product teams to improve user acquisition and subscription flows. - Provide transparent reporting and knowledge sharing on growth learnings. Required Skills: - 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience, with proven scaling results. - Strong analytical mindset and fluency in funnel metrics. - Expertise in A/B testing, incrementality, and data‑driven decision making. - Ability to brief and iterate with creative production teams. - Effective written and verbal communication; ownership mentality. - Bonus: experience with subscription products, mobile carrier‑billing, or high‑velocity creative testing. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience. - Certifications in paid media platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads) preferred.
